FTI is excited to announce that David J. Anderson has joined us as FTI’s new VP of Product and Program Execution. David will lead our newly formed Data, Cyber and Integrated Services Group, and drive ongoing innovation across FTI’s entire data-focused technology portfolio, as well as the expansion of our broad range of related expert services.
With an impressive career spanning over 25 years, David brings a wealth of experience, strategic vision, and a proven track record of success in leading product development and delivering innovative technology solutions.
He has a broad engineering background in Systems Engineering and Digital Signal Processing (DSP) algorithm development, and his expertise includes direct mission design and implementation of RF, image, and signal processing systems, communication systems, data analysis, and integrated networking.
Anderson has previously held pivotal roles including Vice President of Product Development and Chief Technology Officer, guiding vision and strategy, ensuring successful execution of product business segments, and driving business growth through advanced technology solutions in highly competitive markets.
At SEAKR Engineering, he was responsible for the technical and business leadership of advanced space-based processing systems and missions for the Department of Defense.
He directed the development of high-capacity processing, networking, and encryption systems for satellite constellation programs such as DARPA Blackjack and Iridium NEXT, successfully managing all phases from advanced technology IP creation to on-orbit mission demonstrations and service deployment. His work has ensured mission success for NASA critical systems compliance, combining human-factors, environmental considerations, multi-disciplinary engineering developments, complex mission integration, and product reliability factors.
David holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
His proven leadership and technical acumen make David an invaluable addition to FTI as we continue to innovate and excel in providing advanced, data-centric solutions to the U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence Community.
