Tim Hinds

Tim Hinds, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, joined FTI in 2018.

Tim drives positive business impacts by effectively aligning overall human capital strategy with business objectives. With his empowering leadership style, Tim has developed a highly engaged, rewarding team culture that values ongoing professional development and career growth. He established a new best-in-class program to increase talent bench strength, meet demand for highly technical staff, develop high-potential employees, and expand technical skill sets.​

Tim holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Jacksonville State University.
