Thomas Batty

Thomas Batty is FTI’s Corporate Secretary reporting to the Chairman of the Board, as well as Director, Special Projects, reporting directly to the CEO.  He has more than 50 years of highly diversified management and technical accomplishments that began with military (US Army) and then civilian (Army and Navy) government service. He has been a significant contributor in senior leadership roles at several federal government contractors, including CACI, SofTech, Tandem Computers, Micah Systems, Getronics Government Solutions, NCI, MacAulay Brown, and BTAS.

Tom joined FTI nearly 10 years ago as the Director of Corporate Operations, responsible for all corporate support functions. He used his years of experience from larger federal contractors to build FTI’s next level of corporate infrastructure, policies, processes, and staff, finally transitioning nearly all HQ functions to their primary managers. Since 2020 he has continued to report directly to the CEO, performing special projects and providing corporate governance support for the Board of Directors and the Chairman.

Tom earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University, St. Louis, MO, and a Master of Business Administration degree from George Mason University, Fairfax, VA.
