Ron Shroder

Mr. Ron Shroder is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of FTI. He has nearly 40 years of diversified technical and management experience in DoD, Commercial and other Federal markets. The majority of his time has been working for two small businesses, each having grown orders of magnitude during his tenure. The businesses have consistently been focused on providing Research and Development / Information Technology Services and Products to assist the client base to make better and more informed acquisition and operational informed decisions.​

During his tenure, FTI was awarded, during a White House Ceremony, the prestigious SBA Tibbetts Award for the very best in Federal Innovative Research. Clients he has personally dealt with include DoD, NASA, GAO, USDA, NSF, USPS, FAA, Coast Guard, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, SAIC, ITT, GD, BAE, and the commercial sector. He is a current member of the Governor’s Ohio Aerospace and Aviation Technology Committee (OAATC) and is past National President for the Defense Planning and Analysis Society (DPAAS).
