Mark Hughes is the Chief Financial Officer for Advanced Concepts and Technologies International bringing 42 years of combined operational and acquisition / financial military expertise coupled with technology C-level experience in companies ranging from $10M to $1.B in annual revenue.

He provides strategic planning and budgeting/program oversight and evaluates growth opportunities through merger-acquisition. He holds a bachelor’s degree from U.S. Air Force Academy, Master’s degree in Management Science from University of Dayton, and a Master’s degree in National Security Strategy, concentrating on Information Operations and Strategy from the National War College.
