Bill Bowser
Board Member
Mr. Bowser is a seasoned C-level executive with a 30+ year record of success. He has performed in roles as a CEO, COO and CFO. Currently he is President at Bowser & Associates, LLC performing specialized engagements in Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Turn-Arounds, Strategic Planning, and Executive Mentoring.
He has participated in closing multiple M&A transactions from 2011 through 2017 representing both sellers and buyers in stock and asset sales. He has previously held executive positions with ManTech Intl., TranTech, Inc., NCI, Inc., RSI, RJO, Presearch, CACI, TetraTech, and the U.S. Government.
